Refund policy

All refund issues will be individually assessed.

We will do our best to come up with a resolution to any issues that work for the customer as well as Harmsen's Hockey.

Exchange:
Harmsen's Hockey will only accept an exchange for the following two reasons:

1. If there was an error on our part during order fulfilment. For example if you order a Nexus model item and we send a Ribcor without consulting you first.

2. If the item you receive is damaged or broken. Please note these are used hockey sticks and will have chips, dents, blemishes etc on the piece of stick. These do not qualify as a damaged or broken item.

If either of the above two issues happens Harmsen's Hockey will gladly replace your item.
